We are committed to supporting the state mandates issued by Governor Baker to prevent the spread of COVID 19 and keeping our community healthy and doing our part to flatten the curve.
Our retail store is currently CLOSED (as per Governor Baker). However, we are committed to providing essential sanitation products to maintain the safety and sanitation of homes and businesses by offering the following options for chemical pick up or delivery and we can allow ONE person in the store at a time for chemical pick up. We ask that only one member of the family visits the store at a time.
**Until further notice, our hours of operation due to COVID 19 are:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
– We will offer No Contact curbside pick-up. To arrange pick up, call our store 508-852-0590 OR email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order and arrange payment.
– We will offer No Contact free delivery within a 10-mile radius for orders over $100 to our residential customers. Please call our store 508-852-0590 OR email us at office@ underwaterpools.com to place your order and arrange payment.
**You may also come to the store to pick up your chemicals and drop off your water sample (please include the below information each time you drop off your water), but we can only allow ONE person in the store at a time. While waiting to enter the store, please practice social distancing as required by the CDC.
– We are offering a new service, Poolside Chemist. An experienced pool technician is available to test your water at your poolside utilizing the same state of the art equipment we use in our store, provide instant results and add the necessary chemicals for you. The results and added chemicals will be shared with you instantaneously. This service is being offered for a $35 flat rate + $2 per mile (one-way) from our West Boylston location, plus the cost of chemicals. Reach out ASAP to reserve your spot on the developing weekly schedule!!
Our service department is currently operating as normal, please contact us to arrange your pool opening and any other pool needs.
We continue to monitor and follow the State of Massachusetts, Government, CDC and the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance COVID-19 announcements and guidelines. Our staff has taken many safety precautions to ensure that we have a safe, clean and sanitized working environment. We will update you as new information becomes available to us. Please note that our operations are subject to change in order to comply with the latest COVID 19 mandates.
* Water Testing * Instructions for dropping off water during the pandemic:
Your pool should be circulating for at least 24 hours before bringing in your water for testing. If it has, you can bring your water to the store to leave with us for analysis and we will contact you when it is ready. DO NOT DROP OFF WATER WHEN THE STORE IS CLOSED! Please make sure to include the following with your water sample:
-List of chemicals and quantity remaining of each you have currently
-Gallons of water in pool (or dimensions of pool if unsure along with depths of shallow and deep end)
-If you have a salt system or chlorine
-Whether it is an in-ground, above ground, or Intex/Game pool
-Credit card information
*We can not perform the water analysis if any of the above information is missing or incomplete. We need to verify we have the correct account each time.
We will run the test and call you when your water analysis is completed and you can come in to get your chemicals and report if no one else is in the store. We will also be happy to take the chemicals and report to your vehicle if you prefer, we will just need you to sign verifying that you have all the products and we can email you your receipt.
