The people here are very nice, helpful, and extremely honest. They don’t try to sell you products you don’t need, and they are detailed in explaining steps to take when cleaning your pool. I am always greeted by staff with a smile. My pool started off as a swamp… Its 20×40 in size; in ground. It is now almost a clear blue, all because of the helpful advice and directions from the staff. They could have easily scared me into thinking I needed their maintenance service by saying it was a task best left for professionals, but instead, listened to my needs and respected my wishes of needing to stay within my budget. I would never go anywhere else!

Today I visited the West Boylston store for the first time. The owner Steve and his staff were amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, they use the newest technology to test your water and generate a “to do list” which is easy to follow. Underwater Pool Masters has all the chemicals and supplies you need at reasonable costs. Steve is nationally accredited and offers training courses to other professionals and takes the time to teach his customers! Over-all the service was above and beyond what I expected!
