Spring Clean up
We can do the first major clean-up and vacuuming of the season to get your pool on the right track for the summer following your pool being opened for the season.
Fall Clean up
We are able to provide services to remove leaves and water of cover after closing.
We offer an initial, one-time maintenance which would normally be typical of pools that need to be cleaned after the pool is opened or has been closed for a number of seasons. This involves cleaning the pool, removing the bulk of debris. This would include two of our technicians to perform the job and are charged hourly. Please call for further details.
Weekly and Bi-Weekly Residential Maintenance
Weekly maintenance includes a service trip to vacuum the pool, test the water chemistry, make necessary chemical adjustments, and inspect the equipment to assure the filter system its doing its job. Adding necessary chemicals are an extra charge. (Weekly maintenance trips include our technicians coming to the pool once a week, Bi-Weekly maintenance trips include our technicians coming to the pool every other week.)
Maintenance 101 is an onsite lesson about pool operations. Your pool becomes the classroom and our service technician is there to explain all the equipment, how to test the water chemistry and how to keep your pool clean and functional. This lesson is at least an hour in length and can be expanded depending upon the type of pool , its location and if it has attached features such as fountains and spas.
With a clean and maintained pool filter you will:
Lower your electrical bill – this alone could pay for a swimming pool filter cleaning.
- Get healthier pool water – 10-20lbs of dirt and gunk will no longer be in your swimming pools circulatory system. Your pool water will not longer be pumped through this gunk. Also, you will be at less risk of algae outbreaks
- Prolong your pool filter’s lifeless stress on the internals means fewer repairs.
- Prolong the life of your filter pump motor – less resistance from the filter means it can do its job of moving your pool water more easily.
