ATTENTION: ALL COMMERCIAL SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS We are experienced with the VIRGINIA GRAEME BAKER POOL AND SPA SAFETY ACT. This is the first Federal Law setting minimum standards for pool and spa safety with regard to entrapment. The law mandates that by December 19, 2008, all drain covers meet ASME/ANSI A112.19.8-2007 standards for anti-entrapment, and that all public pools and spas have approved drain covers in place.
